IBERIAN SAUSAGE (LONGANIZA)
Made of both salami and pork sausage and stuffed in a narrow natural casing with two ties resulting in a horseshoe shape. 
This sausage follows a manufacturing procedure that has been kept intact over generations, with a 2-month curing process, this product can be consumed raw or cooked in any of your dishes. 
Spicy version also available.
