IBERIAN CANDLE SAUSAGE
Made out of selected lean from Iberian pigs. Elaborated of both sausages and spiced sausages and stuffed in small artificial casings, these pieces weigh approximately 0.3 kg and are named after their fine and elongated shape, reminding us of a candle.
