Front limbs of iberian swine fed with natural grains based on cereals.  

Raised with care in spaces according to the norm of the iberian D.O. so that they can exercise and develop in an athletic way. Undergoing salting and natural drying for a minimum of 600 days, they acquire special characteristics, which have given this product such a good reputation.    

Minimun curation process; 22 months.  
Weight: between 4 and 6,5 kg.  
Whole cut in a case.
