IBERIAN LARGE BLOOD SAUSAGE

This unknown sausage made from iberian swine is fabricated in a similar way as iberian spiced sausage, its main difference residing in the use of the large intestine which makes it easily recognizable.

Due to its larger size, the curation process is much longer, which results in a juicier appetizer. There are genuine followers of this product.
