Front limbs of iberian pigs raised in complete freedom, fed with natural resources provided by the great pastures. Herbs, roots and, above all, acorns, which they enjoy during the montanera " acorn season". Each animal enjoys a minimum of one hectare to satisfy its appetite and strengthen its muscles.   

Thanks to the traditional breeding methods and natural drying carried out in guijuelo, with its particular microclimate, the best gourmet product is obtained. Delightful, sustainable and respectful with the environment.
