When tasted it has a great intensity, with a lesser degree of infiltration to the eye. The exquisite pure iberian acorn ham is ready for tasting after 48 months of curing process in our natural drying cellars located in Guijuelo.

The weight of each cut ranges from 6.5 to 9 kilos. Made from 100% Iberian pigs  fed on acorns in the pastures(dehesas) where they live in freedom.

The ham complies with all the iberian standards and is certified by D.O.P.Guijuelo.
