Iberian pork loin is subject to the iberian norm, so like all hams and forelegs, it must be labeled with the information regarding the racial purity of the pig, as well as its diet. As one of the most appreciated slices of iberian pigs, the loin is stuffed in a single piece, so that it maintains all its properties.

When cut, it presents its characteristic fat infiltrations, which give the softness and flavor to this select product.
