100% ACORN FED IBERIAN FORELEG

This exquisite 100% Iberian acorn-fed shoulder is ready for tasting after 30 months of curing in our natural drying cellars located in Guijuelo. The weight of each cut ranges from 3.7 to 6.5 kilos.

Made from 100% Iberian pigs fed on acorns in the pastures(dehesas) where they live in freedom.  

The foreleg complies with all the iberian standards and is certified by D.O.P.Guijuelo.
